although the blonde hair and fake white hair kinda bug me...
With all due respects, the irony of rule 4 is that the people it actually is INTENDED for are most likely the same ones who would violate it, anyways. Not trying to be rude or negative, just realistic. most you can do is hopefully catch + bust them. /: The people who actually NEED be reminded or ORDERED to do/not do something, are most likely to break those rules. The average, morally/ethically guided human being would probably never miss-use this photo like that. (needless to say, need not be reminded) The sick creeps out there probably don't care...
